Whole wheat salmon roll



Simple but tasty! This salmon sandwich contains healthy omega-3 fatty acids and is ideal as a healthy lunch sandwich.

Ingredients



  • 50-100 grams of smoked salmon
  • 1 whole grain triangle
  • little dairy spread natural light
  • 20 grams of rocket
  • pinch of pepper


Preparation



  1. Cut the bun open and spread it with dairy spread natural light.
  2. Put the lettuce richly.
  3. Cover the whole with salmon.
  4. Sprinkle some pepper over it.
